1) Promotion Period: The Lexus Dark Ride Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at (3:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 30, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 15, 2011 (the "Promotion Period").

2) Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry. All employees of , Skinny NYC LLC on behalf of Toyota Motor Sales, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., ("Sponsor")., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., and all of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, distributors, dealers, dealer advertising associations, advertising and promotion agencies and any other agency that provides services in connection with this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. 3) How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Lexus Dark Ride Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") by visiting www.darkersideofgreen.com and completing the online entry form as prompted. Once you submit your information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must register by 11:59 PM ET on January 15, 2011 to be eligible for the drawing. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your on-line or phone service may apply. Limit one entry per person/email address.

4) Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about January 20, 2011, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winner will be notified via mail, e-mail and/or phone.

5) Prize and Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): Grand Prize (1): A 2011 Lexus CT 200h Hybrid (MSRP: $35,000). All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The depiction of the vehicle prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual vehicle the winner will receive. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including, but not limited to, color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver's license and legally-required insurance at time of delivery and otherwise meet all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. Winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes (including without limitation any incremental income taxes and any sales, use, lease or property taxes), license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person's participation in the Sweepstakes; provided, however, that Sponsor shall be solely responsible for any express written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner's Guide for the vehicle. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Sponsor, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the vehicle to the Sponsor-designated delivery dealer within one hundred eighty (180) days of completion of verification process. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered to the winner. Winner must personally retrieve their vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his right to claim the vehicle. Winners may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by the entity providing the vehicle purchase in order to claim their prize. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the vehicle prize with a cash equivalent equal to the approximate Lexus dealer cost in the event the prize is unavailable.

6) General Rules: The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release where legal, within 10 days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
